Honeywell 30 and 35 Series recorders are walked channel by channel.
How it connects
The 30 and 35 Series recorders publish a channel address the connector can verify, so it enumerates the channels from the recorder's login. Each one shows you a proving frame before anything is created.
What this kit needs
Four things, and most of it already has them.
- Reaches your recorder
- The cameras are already on the same network as the DVR or NVR.
- RTSP switched on
- Standard on every recorder here. Setup tells you if it's off.
- H.264 or H.265
- Anything from the last decade. Older MPEG-only kit won't work.
- Clock roughly right
- So the time on your alert matches the time on your footage.
